### Our Commitment to Quality & Craftsmanship

At SphstRDnck, every garment, headwear piece, and accessory is meticulously crafted, embroidered, or laser-engraved exclusively for you the moment your order is placed. Because we operate on a bespoke, print-on-demand production model to ensure superior quality and reduce textile waste, we do not maintain standing inventory. 

Consequently, we cannot accept returns, modifications, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, design preference shifts, or incorrect size selections. We kindly ask that you review our detailed size guides thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.

### Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If an item arrives at your estate with a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or a printing/embroidery error, we will gladly resolve it immediately at no additional cost to you.

To initiate a quality claim:
1. Contact our concierge team at [sophstrdnck@protonmail.com] within 14 days of receiving your package.
2. Provide your official order number.
3. Attach clear, well-lit photographs detailing the structural damage or misprint, along with a photo of the packaging label.

Once our workshop verifies the manufacturing issue, we will immediately issue a brand-new replacement order or process a full refund to your original method of payment. 

### Lost or Stolen Shipments

For packages that appear lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to our support team no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. If the carrier tracking confirms the package was successfully "Delivered" to your address, SphstRDnck cannot offer a complimentary refund or replacement. In these instances, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or reviewing your estate's secure delivery drop points.
